An Insurance I can Trust

The process of registering & purchasing the insurance was painless. Now that I had purchased it, it has definitely given me a peace of mind. Next to purchasing my iPhone 4 this is the best investment I had made.
Great warranty, fair price

Why pay more to your wireless carrier or another insurance provider? SquareTrade makes it simple, stupid. Works great for me!
Great service at a fair price

Unlike the cell phone companies who will sell you wildly inflated insurance plans; SquareTrade offers exceptional value at a fair price. It's nice to have someone offer a good alternative to the shackles of cellular providers!
Well worth it!

This is a must have for any Apple device! I have an iPhone and the glass and display got broken. When I called Customer Service, they were very helpful. They sent me what I needed to send in the phone with no charge to me. I was extremely pleased with the amount of time it took to fix my phone. I sent it on a Monday and I received the fixed phone on Thursday. Everything as working great! I didn't even have to reinstall anything. I would highly recommend it to anyone buying a new phone or any Apple device!

I highly recommend the SquareTrade warranty for iPhones. Not only do I have it on my phone, I also have friends and family members who purchased it for their iPhones & we all love it. It's great piece of mind for a better price than some of the competitor warranties out there.

“If you're going to be one of the iPhone early adopters, you might want to make
sure it's covered against manufacturing defects and accidental damage. While
Apple offers a one-year limited warranty and two additional years of coverage
with the AppleCare Protection Plan, it only makes you eligible for repair or
replacement if your iPhone suffers from a manufacturing defect.
A SquareTrade warranty, on the other hand, insures your iPhone against not just
manufacturing defects but accidental damage as well. Should anything untoward
happen to your iPhone, you'll be entitled to free repairs or a replacement from
SquareTrade, depending upon the nature of the damage.
SquareTrade's two-year warranty is currently available at an introductory price
of $96 and the three-year warranty is priced at $136. The warranty has to be
applied for within thirty days of purchasing the iPhone.
SquareTrade Warranties are underwritten by Wesco Insurance Company and can be
canceled at any time for a full refund based on the remaining months of the
warranty on a pro rata basis. This option will come in handy should your iPhone
get lost or stolen, because SquareTrade does not cover that under the warranty.
SquareTrade also offers similar services for the iPhone and pretty much every
other electronic gadget you may own.” Link

"I just had a flawless experience with them on a drop/spill claim on my wife's iPhone. The process was really easy. I called their toll free number to file a claim" link
"If you buy the SquareTrade warranty within 30 days of purchase of your Mac, you can add the accidental damage and handling. That's a big plus over standard AppleCare... I cover most of my stuff (MacBooks, iPhones, TVs) with SquareTrade for these reasons" link
"I had a Square Trade policy on my 16gb 3g. I spilled a root beer on it, which toasted the phone. I had it insured for $500.00. Sent the phone to Square Trade, and received a check for $450.00 ($50.00 damage deductible). In my experience, they have been very responsive and reputable." link

"…if you accidentally drop your iPhone in the toilet (it happens) or if, while looking up your Tiramisu recipe in MacGourmet, you happen to spill Kahlua all over your MacBook, you won't be covered by AppleCare….In addition to covering manufacturers' defects, Square Trade's warranty covers accidental damage." link

"My 19-month Dell laptop suddenly died. Upon calling, I was advised to either ship the unit to Square Trade or attempt to have it repaired locally and be reimbursed. I opted for the latter, and was advised by the technician that the cost would probably exceed the laptop's value. I e-mailed the report to Square Trade, and was instructed to forward the computer to them (at their expense ... they sent a shipping label). It would be acceptable to remove the hard drive, which I did. If they determined that repairs would be prohibitive, I'd be sent the $600 I paid for it. That's exactly what happened ... within a couple of days, I had my money through PayPal. It was that simple, and took just over a week ... amazing!
[And] just a couple of days ago, my iPhone's Bluetooth chip went bad, as determined by Apple support. Square Trade asked me if I'd prefer to send it to them or have Apple look at it. I chose to deal locally. The end result was an out-of-warranty exchange at the Apple Store, for which I paid $199. Upon sending the receipt to Square Trade, I received notification that I'd be creditied the full amount (less tax) through PayPal within a day or so. Again, they were right on the money (pun unintended). This morning, the funds were in my bank account.
It just doesn't get any better than this ... great prices, excellent coverage, outstanding service." link

"The iPhone warranty I just bought was a lot cheaper than anything else I found out there. The process was also really simple. On top of the that I just received an iPhone cover in the mail, which I wasn't expecting. What a nice surprise! I'm basically telling everyone I know about SquareTrade!" link
