WHAT DOES SQUARETRADE COVER?

Your mobile device is covered for all of life’s accidents, plus mechanical
and electrical failures from normal use after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.
(Intentional damage, loss, and theft are not covered.)

SQUARETRADE ZERO-HASSLE CLAIMS.

  1. Here To Help

    If you are an Amazon customer with a SquareTrade plan bought on or after October 8, 2018: You can file a claim by calling +44 203 936 5381 (8am-6pm Mon-Fri or 9am-3pm Sat).

    All other customers:
    You can file a claim online or call 0203 514 2354 (8am – 8pm Mon-Fri).

  2. Fixed or Replaced Fast

    If you are an Amazon customer with a SquareTrade plan bought on or after October 8, 2018: We’ll replace your broken phone in 1-2 working days. If the same model is not available, we will send you one with similar or superior functionality. Alternatively, we pick it up, repair it and return it to you in 4 working days.

    All other customers:
    We’ll provide free express postage to and from our repair centre, and repair your item within 5 business days of receiving it.

  3. You're Covered

    Depending on the issue, we will either fix your phone, arrange for a replacement, or refund the replacement cost up to the original purchase price.* Either way, you’re covered.
