    If you are an Amazon customer with a SquareTrade plan bought on or after October 8, 2018: You can file a claim by calling +44 203 936 5381 (8am-6pm Mon-Fri or 9am-3pm Sat).

    All other customers:
    You can file a claim online or call 0203 514 2354 (8am – 8pm Mon-Fri).

  2. Fixed Fast

    We’ll provide free express postage to and from our repair center, and repair your item within 5 business days of receiving it.

  3. You're Covered

    Depending on the issue, we will either fix your phone, arrange for a replacement, or refund the replacement cost up to the original purchase price.* Either way, you’re covered.

*The maximum liability over the life of your protection plan is the original purchase price of the insured item.

  1. 5-day Service Guarantee

    We’ll repair your item in five business days or less after we’ve received it, guaranteed.

  2. Free 2-way Postage

    We give you a prepaid postage label to send your item to us. After we fix it, we send it back to you, FREE.

  3. Worldwide Coverage

    If you need a repair while abroad, just file a claim. Once approved, we’ll let you know how to get your item fixed and then quickly reimburse you.
