If you are an Amazon customer with a SquareTrade plan bought on or after October 8, 2018: You can file a claim by calling +44 203 936 5381 (8am-6pm Mon-Fri or 9am-3pm Sat).
All other customers:
You can file a claim online or call 0203 514 2354 (8am – 8pm Mon-Fri).
For small TVs, we’ll pay to have it shipped to us and fix it within 5 business days of receiving it, guaranteed. For large TVs, we’ll schedule on-site repairs at your home.
Depending on the issue, we will either fix your TV, arrange for a replacement or refund the replacement cost up to the original purchase price.* Either way, you’re covered.
For Large TVs
For TVs 37“ and larger, we’ll schedule on-site repairs at your home.

For TVs smaller than 37”, we’ll pay to have it shipped to us for repair. You pay nothing.
