Important to remember

Before you send your device in for repair, keep these key points in mind:

  • Most repairs include an excess, a small payment required towards the cost of the repair. For larger issues, sometimes a replacement might be a better option—check what works best for you.
  • Repairs are done to meet manufacturer standards and come with a 2-year warranty.
  • Be sure to send us your device within 2 weeks using the prepaid label.

Properly prepare your device for shipping using our Repair Prep Guide to help protect it during transit.

Good for the Environment

Repairing your device helps cut down on electronic waste and reduces your impact on the planet. Instead of throwing it away, a repair gives your device a fresh start.

Our certified technicians make sure it works like new, so you can use it longer and help protect the environment.

For every device we repair, we plant a tree with our partner, WeForest, helping to restore forests worldwide.
